Re: Humidity in cabin

Hi Eccles236 Did it help with the new rubber seal? I have the excact same problem. I have fitted af BlackVue 900 2-CH Dashcam, and also removed the rubber seal through installation, and the other day I had 0,5 cm. water in the trunk in the spare wheel well. I also noticed some humidity mark on my to...

Re: TPMS

Thank you DutCHR. Actually I did what you describe, because I saw that another Toyota, not the C-HR, was capable of holding 2 sets, and you changed between them, by pressing the TPMS button three times in a row. I tried that on my car, but I didn't think It helped me. But maybee it did anyway. Regar...

TPMS

Hi all. When I got my C-HR in May 2018, it was delivered with summer tyres. I bought also another set of rims with winther tyres. When I changed to winther tyres, I got a warning from my TPMS lamp, it was on constantly. I was sure that the dealer forgot to put in the ID's from the winther tyres in t...

In UK Webasto is known for sunroofs :) I assume you are not referring to that but maybe some additional heating system?

Re: 12v battery replacement/upgrade

Just for your info. I have also a Webasto in my C-HR, and I'm using the standard mounted battery. I'm located in Denmark, and we don't have the same cold weather as you have in Finland. When I'm using mine Webasto I only let it run for half an hour. Regards /Kim I ask my dealer about the bigger batt...

Re: Layer of snow after 1200km

Hi Karmalakas. I can see by the Toyota logo, that you have the hybrid model, and therefor also the eCVT gearbox. I would really like to know, how it is to drive the car in snowy and icy roads. I noticed that I'm using my brakes a lot more, than in my former car with manual gearbox, because of the en...

Re: Autumn 2018 map update

Hi All. I just did the update to mine. I unzipped the files to a folder, and then copied alll the files to the root drive of the USB pen. The xml file didn't exist in my download, so I created one myself and typed in my activation code. When I connected the USB pen in the car, it took about 1 to 2 m...

Driving on snowy and icy roads

Hi All. I got my C-HR Hybrid in May, and wondering how it acts on icy and snowy roads. My former car was an RAV4 diesel with manual gearbox, and I used to go into a lower gear to let the engine brake down the car. But with the automatic EVT gearbox, this is not possible, and I can already see that e...
