Re: anyone brave enough

Some colours have a lower resale value due to popularity according to sales team. Personally I don't like the colour. But maybe seeing in the flesh might change my view.

Yep sure 2nd service 300+
I've got mine on a service plan. Saves paying out lump sums.

Re: Showroom shine

I would always wash 1st. I use low pressure jet wash to pre wash and rinse.

Re: Spring 2019 map update

Car has to be on. Put USB in slot and turn on car. Should boot up and ask you for key code. 16 digit number. Can take hr or so. I just selected UK only updates. Took 35mins.

Re: Spring 2019 map update

Make sure you format USB 1st. Then unzip file to it. Put in car and follow instructions . Make sure you have 16 digit code as it will ask for it.

Re: C-HR hybrid - potential buyer

Had mine over an yr now and had no issues. Noise on acceleration was there on test drive. So normal. But not really that bad. No issues with sat nav. Does its job. Not got me lost yet. Find it easier to talk to it.lol. overall great car. But all depends how fussy you are. Few on here want perfection.

Re: 5 Year Warranty / Required Servicing

If you have it serviced by Toyota I think they extend the hybrid warranty to 11yrs. I've took out the 3yr service plan. Future proof increase costs. I can’t find anything that says the hybrid warranty can be extended more than the standard 5 years https://www.toyota.co.uk/owners/warranty/toyota-war...

Thanks for all the positive comments

Had few days now and absolutely love it! Black weeks have really grown on me
Yeah don't know why they changed the wheels. Prefer the original wheels. Maybe a cost saving.
