If I sit in the car with ignition off and radio on for 15 minutes would that flatten the battery ?
On a fully charged battery no, but it does not help and will draw the charge down, if you are sat in the car keeps the engine running (1.2 t) or in Ready (hybrid)

Re: New 2021 C-HR model

I've just gone onto the Toyota.co.uk site. The orange edition still appears as option at the moment. You can still go through and buy it online too. Re: DAB reception

There is no need for the dash to come out, the DAB module needs a Software update ( done via USB ) and the filter goes on the power supply to the forward facing camera heater unit at the top of the windscreen.

Re: New rules?

I am feeling very frustrated as I placed an order for a new CHR just before Christmas for delivery on Jan 14, but am furious to be told today that delivery is now March. (which will cost me over £300 as I will have to service and MOT my existing car). The reason quoted is that new rules about emiss...

Re: Space saver

We have a 2.0 Excel which has just had a spare wheel fitted using the kit advised by devonaygo and it fits fine with two exceptions: The wheel fixing screw was far too long and was substituted by one from a corolla/avensis. The plastic battery cover no longer fits. If devonaygo sees this perhaps a ...

Re: Where are the pre installed apps

The Only Apps are already integrated into the navigation and are for Weather, Parking & fuel prices, Toyota initially decided to go it alone and develop an in house system however the consumer demanded Apple carplay / Android auto so Toyota integrated those instead and as AA/CP offer all the functio...

Re: Sat Nav/Multimedia/Android Auto

I thought the idea andriod auto was to mirror you moby. So whatever you have on your moby screen shows up. Never used andriod auto so don't know. Not quite Android auto/ Apple car play displays a bespoke interface and will only display compatible apps, not all apps are compatible Carplay compatible...
