Every other forum I'm a member of has one of these threads as a sticky and it is well used with more posts than any other on the 5 x sites I frequent.

Cosmetic things mainly that make you feel good, from a wash, new tyre caps/accessories and wheels/tyres.

Can the Mods make it so? :D

As a first post I had Michelin CrossClimate+ XL tyres fitted today, and paid less than £450 all in (17 inch on my Icon) Plus I also get a free amazon Eco for buying 4! :)

Night and day difference and taking corners in the wet with these fitted and I realise what a wallowy old hector the Primacy 3's made the car feel like!

If/when I sell mine I'll put the original primacy 3's back on as the tyre size fits most nissan jukes and kumquat's, given that I've done 16k miles in 18 months and still have 6mm on the primacy 3's I should be able to sell the CC's for around £250 if they've the same

Arranged an appointment to stop all annoying sounds. It's going to take 1,5 days to open the dash and fix everything that is rattling.
I'm very disappointed from Toyota, for a 2 year old car.
My previous Kia Cerrato after nine years wasn't even close to all these sounds that CHR has.
A 15000 euro Kia. Damn.

Drove to Limassol (Cyprus).

Mine gets dirty so quickly I have to take it every week or two to get washed. I have it in red, but I also park it outside a field so its my fault it gets dirty so quick.

I am getting around 61MPG.

I managed to get it to 63.3 but it did not stay there long at all LOL.

Carpet mats are an option, but most dealers seem to add em at zero cost (mine did)
When i bought my CHR the matts came free with the car (no longer an option), but they threw in the summer ones free as well. What ever rubbery material they are made of

Stock wheels, JBL system, parking sensors in the back and pro navigation(part of the JBL pack). Ah and a free set of mats thrown in (It disturbs me they are not automatically free...). Havent gotten mine yet, expected somewhere this month... The names of the versions are different betwen UK and Belgium , but mine is a C-LUB bi-tone version. Had to choose that one because it was the only version that offered the colours I really wanted

Nice! That sounds pretty good.

When I ordered mine the matts came as an optional extra, so I chose the carpet and the rubber ones for both summer and winter, but before I put in the order the lady said the matts now come as standard (free), and would I like to keep the rubber ones. Since I said yes I got those free also.

The colour though you are right. the red is restricted to the "C-LUB" version, or the Dynamic is it called in England?

I did order mine in Nicosia though so I had different options available to me such as a dvd player on the back of both front seats for the kids. I did not get it though :D

They refused to let me get the more expensive sat nav which meant no voice control, but also what I never expected was glitter in the dashboard. That was one thing I did not notice and was not very happy with.

I hope you enjoy your CHR as much as I love mine !! It takes me around 45 euros to fill up with petrol, 98 as well which is good. Really cheap road tax and great miles.

I think the tech is behind the mercs, but it is still really good and I could not find another car apart from the merc and bmw with so much tech and ofc both are far from economical.

lovely picture indeed, But euh swimming in Finland in spring ? Strange people those Fins (and yes I love the country, been there a couple of times, made some very good friends and learned to enjoy sauna with a quick dip in very cold water after it, but swim ??? :) )

I do. drove about 60 miles today to get all paperwork organised (parking permits and such...). You very quickly learn how to use the loud pedal in such a way it does not live up to its name. The radar assisted cruise control is very nice indeed, the seats are comfortable, Satnav is far better than some do suggest (yes Waze still beats it), getting online was easy indeed (using Iphone), and the sound system is nice. Wife likes it too (dammit, she'll probably confiscate it soon :) )
